Real Events Gets ChatGPT Boost

Real Events – Session Descriptions via ChatGPT

Creating Session Descriptions can be a challenge. The integration of ChatGPT provides a suggestion based on the Presentations associated with the given Session. The Presentation Names/Titles and the Presentation Abstracts are passed to ChatGPT. Some Sessions may have Presentations or Activities during the Session that you may want to exclude. So a Checkbox on each Presentation controls this as shown in the image below. Session Open and the Coffee Break are ignored.

On each Event there are two new input fields for guiding ChatGPT.

The number of words is a suggestion and ChatGPT typically will try but depending on the complexity of the information provided it will go over versus under this suggested value.

On the Session object there is a Checkbox to create a Session Description via ChatGPT as shown below.  To see the results, refresh the webpage. WARNING: There may be a delay from ChatGPT. Once the response has been received this checkbox will deselect itself.

Depending on the settings guiding ChatGPT you can get different results. Here is one example with no guidance.

Here is an example with requesting a 50 word summary in the tone of Chuck Sobey.
