Paper Title: Neuromorphic Computing: To the Human Brain and Beyond

Paper Abstract: The semiconductor industry is clearly in its most disruptive period of growth in the number and diversity of applications, technologies and devices. Inspired by the human brain, Neuromorphic Computing offers solutions to the next generation challenges of high performance, large data sets, energy efficiency and accuracy, particularly for artificial intelligence driven computing applications. This talk will kick off the FMS Neuromorphic Computing session and provide a summary of EMD Electronics’ perspectives on this critical topic.
