Author of Western Digital’s open-source tool, ezFio, he has enabled simple, repeatable, low-level NVMe performance benchmarking and exceedance (QoS) reporting. Philhower has a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from University of California, Irvine and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
