DCTR-101-1: Enterprise Storage Part 1 (Data Center Applications Track)
Paper Title: QLC Value with No Compromise! Extended Performance, Reliability and Drive Life

Paper Abstract: Today, enterprise organizations in every industry are challenged by the massive growth in the volume of data and an understanding that their current data storage infrastructure and associated cost cannot be sustainably scaled. This has created a corresponding and urgent need for a cost-effective way of storing and managing data storage at a larger scale while still meeting SLA requirements for increased performance, reliability, and efficiency. With a new data architecture, surging data storage needs can be accommodated using high capacity and operational efficient QLC-based, providing greater data storage density at lower cost/GB while also optimizing for QLC endurance and performance. This presentation covers how to leverage QLC-based SSDs for mainstream use across multiple use cases, including database, analytics and AI/ML application workloads and also includes a demonstration.

Paper Author: Tim Amundsen, Senior Sales Engineer, Pliops
