OMEM-202-1: RRAM (Other Memory Technologies Track)
Paper Title: ReRAM's Development Path towards Commercialization

Paper Abstract: ReRAM technology is entering the commercialization phase as an embedded NVM targeting applications that can benefit from its low power consumption, low cost, fast switching capability and process simplicity. In this talk we will share recent strides that have been made in ReRAM's development path from technology development towards a real-world IC, including our recent developments in this field. We will also discuss the applications where ReRAM will first see mass adoption, and where it will be going in the future.
