Session B-5: Persistent Memory (PM) Offers Storage at Memory Speeds (Persistent Memory Track)
Organizer: Jim Pappas, Director, Technology Initiatives, Intel

Paper Title: Annual Update on Persistent Memory (Part 1)

Paper Abstract: This section will be a state of the union address for the industry effort underway to deliver this disruptive technology - Persistent Memory (PM). We will examine industry advances of persistent memory media, the new devices and form factors for persistent memory attachment, remote and direct-attached PM with low latency interfaces like CXL, and describe the best fit applications and use cases for persistent memory.
