Paper Abstract: Process of delivering Enterprise SSD to the market and passing customer qualification after some point is infinite process of debugging, failure analysis, defects resolution and new code release. Taking into consideration variety of testing platforms, equipment, customer laboratory security, physical distance - all that force SSD companies to develop enhanced Failure Analysis infrastructure. Main topic of the presentation will cover innovations in SSD debugging and failure analysis both in house and at customer side.
