Paper Title: Advanced data integrity assurance for QLC flash

Paper Abstract: QLC is suitable for data storage which needs to be read quickly and not rewrite repeatedly. But the endurance and data retention of QLC is not well compared with MLC and TLC. Some technologies which is not widely adopted in MLC or TLC devices can improve the QoS and lifetime of QLC devices. We proposed to some to use 1) RAID5 and RADID6 double insurance technology, 2) more than 2 soft bits LDPC decoding and some other methods to make QLC device easy to use. Large data density QLC needs more innovation technologies to be adopted to be applied in client and even enterprise devices.
