Paper Title: 3D XPoint Technology and Market Update

Paper Abstract: Since FMS 2018, we have seen Intel release 3D XPoint DIMMs, we know what the application modes are and we have feedback from customers on performance. We also have new teardowns that show how the Optane NVDIMM modules are designed and the components including 3D Xpoint, DRAM, and controllers. With this information we have new performance and endurance data for 3D XPoint chips, NVDIMMS and SSDs, and updated revenue and margin predictions. We assess when the competition will be able to challenge the 3D Xpoint markets in NVDIMMS and SSDs
