CTRL-202B-1: Gen-Z Interface (Controllers Track)
Paper Title: Integrating the Gen-Z Interface into Your Applications

Paper Abstract: The Gen-Z protocol is a new data access technology that provides high-speed, low-latency, memory-semantic access to data and devices via direct-attached, switched, or fabric topologies. It has now reached a maturity level sufficient to support its integration into actual products. However, ASIC and SoC designers are still in a holding pattern before committing themselves to an emerging technology. Solutions are available now for successful integration, and the technical challenges in interface configuration and performance optimization can be handled.

Paper Author: Bastien Heneffe, , PLDA

Author Bio: Bastien Heneffe is an electronic engineer at PLDA, working on Gen-Z and PCIe IP Cores. He has 6 years of experience in the semiconductor IP industry and worked on security and high-speed protocol applications.
