Paper Title: The NVMe Management Interface (NVMe-MI): Overview and New Developments

Paper Abstract: The NVMe Management Interface (NVMe-MI) is the industry standard for managing NVMe storage devices. NVMe-MI was initially conceived as a means for out-of-band management of NVMe SSDs. The specification has been recently enhanced to include in-band management, NVMe enclosure management, and management of complex NVMe storage devices. This presentation provides an overview of NVMe-MI and describes new features being standardized in NVMe-MI 1.1.
