Paper Title: 3D XPoint: Process and Architecture Views

Paper Abstract: Since Micron announced 3D XPoint technology in 2015, we have seen some Intel Optane SSD products with XPoint cell structure on the market. Although its performance is well known and has been tested, not much is known about its structure and process integration. We’ll discuss 3D XPoint process and architecture views together.
