Paper Title: Data is the new horse power

Paper Abstract: Smart EDGE devices, with artificial brain power are imminent. Automotive is at the forefront of developing smart EDGE devices that will revolutionize the way we travel, mobilize, communicate, create, consume, and produce, among many other aspects of human life. In the past, we were fascinated by enhancements in COMPUTE power, however we are now at the era of DATA power. While it is relatively easy to predict that DATA is at the heart of these future revolutions, it is becoming more intricate to predict and design how DATA will be captured, accessed, transferred and protected. It’s more important than ever to know how to choose the right STORAGE solutions that will meet the DATA requirements of underlying future applications. What is the role of STORAGE in the car, today and in the future? What are the future challenges to meet the data STORAGE requirements and what do we need to do, today, to have sustaining solutions for the future?
