Paper Title: Struggling while Booming NVM Eco-system in China

Paper Abstract: Memory is a driving force in the semiconductor industry, and China is the biggest memory market. Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) is one of the most important segments in the memory market. NVM includes NOR、NAND Flash and EEPROM, but also includes potential future star products like MRAM, RRAM, and PCM. There are still no large domestic (China) NVM companies with advanced technology and significant market share. However, recently more and more creative companies are arising, struggling while booming with passion, and building up the NVM eco-system in China.
