Author Bio: Nathan Brookwood is Research Fellow at Insight 64, a semiconductor consulting firm. He has focused recently on microprocessors used in computational applications. His views on the microprocessor market often find their way into articles in mainstream media, business media, and the trade press. He has worked for and with suppliers of mainframes, minicomputers, personal computers, and semiconductors, and he has analyzed and commented on the industry for D.H. Brown Associates and Dataquest. He is a graduate of MIT.
