Paper Title: Powering Chiplet-Based Designs with Integrated Bucket Converters

Paper Abstract: An obvious problem with high-performance chiplet-based designs is that they often draw large amounts of current (10s or even hundreds of amperes). Designers need a way to provide the needed resources in a highly compact form. Integrated bucket converters are the best solution today. Designers can find ones capable of providing hundreds of amperes with very high efficiency, low loss magnetics, no external components, and a form that allows for integration into existing dies or can be a die on its own.
