Paper Title: Server Networking Solutions Using DPUs
Paper Abstract: The Data Processing Unit (DPU) can play a key role in data center applications by delivering software-defined, hardware-accelerated networking to every server, and it can also run the networking control plane or network management agents on its own processor cores. In addition, DPUs can offload and accelerate related networking tasks including traffic encryption, time synchronization, and host-based traffic processing. Specific server-based networking solutions illustrate how using DPUs and a DPU development platform can help data centers meet the challenges of today's data-intensive applications.
